VoicePower provides consultancy on digital dictation solutions for businesses with the aim of improving their productivity and in turn their profitability. Its service includes selecting the right software for each organisation, customising and integrating the technology and providing training and ongoing support to help clients make the most of their investment.

Graham Wild worked closely with managing director Sonja Brown and her team to migrate all the company’s data from spreadsheets and Sage to a digital online system. Once their financial data was on Xero, Sonja was able to monitor cashflow and product lines much more easily and had greater clarity over the business activities and product line profitability.

“Graham not only set the system up in a way that worked well for our business, he also helped me to understand how to get the most out of it, which included generating reports and analysing the numbers,” said Sonja.
